Hello, neighbors, Steven here with etrailer.com. Folks, today we're looking at our Specialty Recreation Universal Replacement RV Skylight for a 22 x 22 inch. Now, folks, this does replace a damaged or worn skylight on your RV, camper, or enclosed trailer. Like I said, it fits a 22 x 22 inch cutout. Now this actual measurement on this guy, from side flange to side flange, is 25 1/2 x 25 1/2 square. Now it is made of a nice, durable polycarbonate.

It's UV resistant and impact resistant. You can see it can take a lot of pressure and just pop right back out where it needs to go. It's super tough, and you also get this included SR140 sealant. That's what you're gonna wanna use when you install this, along with your pre-drilled holes in the skylight. Now, there is no screws included.

You need one-inch screws as far as the length. You could get those separately here at etrailer.com or you can get 'em locally. It is made here in the US. I wanna make sure that you only use the SR140 sealant, as it works with polycarbonate. There are some self-leveling sealers out there.

A lot of people already have 'em from doing roof repairs or window repairs, and stuff on their RVs and campers. Do not use those with polycarbonate, as it could deteriorate the chemical make down and everything, it just doesn't mix. The approximate bubble height is about 4 1/2 inches deep, so the thickness there, if you will. Now that can vary because these are molded, you know, so you may have one that's got a little variance in it and stuff. There's nothing wrong with it.

Just kind of keep that 4 1/2 inch as a base measurement, if you will. So, again, you wanna have a 22 x 22 inch cutout for this. This is the Specialty Recreation Universal Replacement RV Skylight in white. I'm Steven, thanks for watching.
